Actually, the room was good-sized for good value, it also had wake-up service.

I had the double room which was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean with garden. Its location was marvellous and unbeatable, short walk to restaurants and cafes, a good place for an evening stroll and the airport of Bergamo and main train station.

When it comes to the location, it's just perfect. 👌 the public areas here are always nice and tidy, and the staff goes above and beyond. the room itself is so well decorated and completely clean. the bed was super comfy, we absolutely loved it. Our whole stay was made wonderful by the amazing people here.

Tastefully decorated and perfectly clean units with the garden, beautiful bathroom, kettle, and the staff were affable! The cost was £ 50.

The room was quiet and warm, had central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a microwave.

The person in charge was wonderful to me and my sister. We got there early and she let us in. Also, we forgot to change our clocks to Italy time and she helped us out quite graciously with recalling a taxi. I highly recommend this place.

I recommend this hotel for a budget holiday . The host lady was very friendly and the food was nice ( variety of fruit , a small fridge , a coffe maker in t the room .

The hotel is far away from the Citta Alta.

Slightly difficult to find due to it's great location - but on busy roads.

The room was very clean! close to the airport and the city centre! There was also access to the garden where you could sit and chill out!

Not enough space for 3 beds! Cause of the luck of space beds where more like ranches! But still for 2 people it is ideal!

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Bergamo called Residenza Il Fiore. I was there for three nights, and the experience was fantastic. Matteo, one of the hosts, personally picked us up from the airport at 1 in the morning, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable, and the hotel's outside patio was a great place to relax. The breakfast provided by Sabrina was a delightful surprise every morning, with a variety of options including fruits, eggs, cookies, cereal. The customer service was top-notch, and we received clean towels and a well-maintained room every day. I couldn't be happier with my stay at Residenza Il Fiore.

Very noisy location

We had a fantastic stay at Residenza Il Fiore. the Italian couple who welcomed us were incredibly friendly and looked after us well. the room was spotlessly clean, and we loved the little garden where we enjoyed our breakfast. the location was convenient, not too far from the airport or the city center, so we could easily walk everywhere. the hosts even provided complimentary water, snacks, and a bottle of prosecco for our late arrival. We would definitely return to this lovely place. Thank you!
